The What If? Test is a guided quiz that takes you through the key areas of your life. It asks simple, straightforward questions and gives you your Life In Order Score so you can see where things stand.
It takes most people around ten minutes. There are no trick questions. And it does not require you to know anything about legal or financial planning.

- Your Will. Whether it is up to date, where the original is kept, and whether your executors know they have been appointed.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney. For property and financial affairs, and for health and welfare (in England and Wales).
- Money. Banks and savings, pensions and investments, mortgages, loans and other debts.
- Insurance and benefits. Life insurance, critical illness, income protection, death-in-service and employer benefits, and pension beneficiary nominations.
- Property. Whether ownership and mortgage information could be found without you.
- Business. Whether someone could identify the key people, information and responsibilities if you suddenly were not available (if you own or run one).
- Other assets. Valuables, overseas assets and digital assets.
- Documents. One central record of where your important papers are.
- Passwords and digital access. A secure emergency arrangement, without sharing PINs or writing passwords down insecurely.
- People. Your key professional contacts, and a trusted person who knows where everything is.
- Running the household. Whether your family could keep things going for four weeks if you could not.
- Keeping it current. Reviewing after major life changes and at least once a year.

Not a pass or fail. An honest picture.
Your results give you your Life In Order Score, and show you which areas look to be in place, which are partly there, and which may be missing. It's about awareness, not passing or failing.
